Arianna Reid is the artist manager, originally from New York City. She follows in the footsteps of her father L.A. Reid. Arianna Reid has always had a passion for music, with a background in both A&R and marketing. As a child, she was always fascinated by concerts and live shows – “it was my favorite way to spend my free time”. She knew early on that she wanted to work behind the scenes to create those unforgettable experiences for others.
What sets her apart is the ability to combine creative intuition with strategic thinking. Her ear for talent has always been the greatest strength, but she also pride herself on being a logical, forward-thinking strategist. In addition to finding talent, she is passionate about guiding artists through challenges, helping them build authentic connections, and ensuring their story is told to their audience in a meaningful way. Music is at the heart of everything she does, and she brings passion, precision, and care to every project she takes on.
